I deactivated my DA

I cannot stand DeviantArt's blatant need to ignore copyright laws and what adoptables are about : copyright must apply, otherwise anyone can take it, redraw it and it'll be theirs. The thing is that AI generations are public domain.
Ideas aren't protected by copyright either; for an adoptable to belong to someone it must have been illustrated by a human, not by an algorithm.
My comments stating that they are, 3 of them, got removed by DA's official account with that note :"The following comment does not meet DeviantArt's community guidelines: www.deviantart.com/comments/1/…You've received this warning because your commentary is at risk of violating DeviantArt's Terms of Service. Please review the Conduct section of the Terms of Service (www.deviantart.com/about/polic…) and DeviantArt's Etiquette Policy (www.deviantart.com/about/polic…), and be mindful of your behavior going forward, as continued unacceptable commentary may lead to account suspension."It doesn't fall right with me :- It doesn't violate ToS (except if DA thought I was encouraging other users to steal, while forgetting the whole context : copyright doesn't apply to ai generations, so it's not theft to take something that belongs to no one)-DA obeys California law, that's written in their ToS. Ai generations without any human authorship is public domain is law there, and they seem to choose to ignore that-I attacked no one; furthermore many comments stating the same thing more or less politely didn't get taken down while others didIt really looked like my comment offended someone's cognitive dissonance bias.I do not want to get suspended over reminding them that the way adoptables are done DOES matter.
Besides, it's only the last straw for me, alongside DA removing features without warning (Portfolio, CORE, DA Protect with NFTs, Protect Protocol), alongside allowing watermarks on public domain content (which I insist belongs to no one)
